  • Ashley Moore

    EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

    Ashley has worked in the anti-trafficking movement for almost 10 years. She has her Master’s degree in International Criminology with an emphasis in Restorative Justice from the University of Sheffield in the UK and has her Nonprofit Financial Management Certification from Cornell University. She has worked as a caseworker for survivors of sex trafficking in Austria, England, and the United States, and has partnered with law enforcement on freedom flight and sting operations. Additionally, Ashley has helped build 4 nonprofit programs from the ground up and is passionate about bringing a nonprofit mission to life. Ashley was born and raised in Washington County and is eager to use her education and experience to serve her community. She is dedicated to serving and empowering victims of exploitation as well as equipping the community with the knowledge they need to help end sex trafficking and sexual exploitation before it begins.

  • Cali Yee

    COMMUNICATION & PROGRAM COORDINATOR

    Cali has been a part of the C.A.S.T. team for a year now. She grew up in Washington County and graduated from Concordia University in Saint Paul, MN. She majored in Christian Ministry and minored in Nonprofit Management. Cali coordinates C.A.S.T. related events, handles bi-monthly newsletter communication, and manages C.A.S.T.’s social media platforms. She is grateful to be a part of a team committed to bringing awareness to the issue of exploitation.

  • Madelyn Hanson

    COMMUNICATION & PROGRAM COORDINATOR

    Madelyn has spent the last 8 years in the anti-sexual exploitation movement. She specializes in anti-trafficking efforts but has had the opportunity to work from various angles in anti-exploitation work including, working with safe homes around the U.S., as well as working as a legal advocate, street outreach, batterer intervention programs, and working with Minnesota's Day One. Madelyn has her B.A. in Ministry to Victims of Sexual Exploitation. She is passionate about advocating for the equality and dignity of all people and believes that educating and equipping community members will help empower us all to make choices of freedom!
