Report a Concern

C.A.S.T. has partnered with 360 Security Services

360 Security Services has developed a customized, user-friendly reporting form specifically for C.A.S.T. and the local schools and communities it supports. The form is straightforward and easy for students to navigate, ensuring accessibility for all.

  • The goal is to fill out as much as possible, all information is helpful, but the more specific and detailed information you can provide, the better job the investigators will be able to do.

    1. Client Location: (The school that the student attends — even if the incident didn’t take place on campus)

    2. Inquiry Details: Who, What, Where, When, and How (the more detail, the better)

    3. Reporting Anonymously: Students can choose to remain anonymous by selecting “Yes” for the section that states “I would like to report Anonymously.” (If they are comfortable being identified, students can enter their contact information under “My Contact Details”).

  • Every report submitted is taken seriously. All submissions are reviewed, investigated, and followed up on appropriately. 360’s investigative team will take action and reach out to individuals or school administration if a follow-up is needed.

Above all, they want every student to know that their voice matters — and that no concern is too small to be heard.

  • CHIRP-360 was born out of the United States Secret Services’ observation that school safety concerns need an anonymous-capable incident reporting system. Many times, people don’t report for fear of consequences. While C.A.S.T. recommends students speak with safe adults in their lives, including school counselors, we also offer this online reporting tool as a way to increase safety for all students. 360's subject matter experts review, analyze, and help manage this information in collaboration with C.A.S.T. to proactively investigate, consult, and/or create risk mitigation strategies regarding behavior or incidents.

As a Disclaimer: All teachers should first defer to MN Mandated Reporter laws as well as the school’s reporting policies and procedures. Chirp-360 is an additional tool that teachers can use to walk through situations with students.

  • 360 Security Services is built on the expertise and integrity of a highly skilled team of investigators, analysts, and consultants.
